How do I buy and download music from the site?
Our website features an easy to browse catalog of all our royalty free music, it can be found by choosing music library from the website menus. Each song has a description and details regarding the length, tempo and instrumentation. There is a sample preview button which allows you to preview each song in the catalog, you can also download a copy of the song to add to your project for testing.
If you want to purchase music from the site, simply click the “Add to cart” button situated next to the song you like; you can continue to add music to your shopping cart until you have completed your order. Once you’ve added all the music you wanted to your shopping cart, simply click on the shopping cart icon and choose "Checkout". Here you can review your order, fill in your contact details and make your purchase.
You will be redirected to the paypal transaction page where you can either pay using your paypal account or using your credit card, you do not have to have a paypal account in order to make your purchase, just look for “Don’t have a PayPal Account? Pay with your credit or debit card”.
Once the payment is processed, you will instantly receive an e-mail with the download links, you may also return to this site to download the music directly.
I cannot find the download links for my purchases
Once your payment has been processed, an e-mail is instantly sent to the address you provided us with. It is possible that the e-mail was identified as spam by your e-mail software and was moved to your junk folder. An alternative is to download your order directly from the site once the PayPal transaction is processed (click on "return to Capo Productions").

I cannot preview the music
If you're having trouble previewing the music, please make sure you have the latest version of flash installed on your computer; it can be downloaded directly from the adobe website by clicking on the following link: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Once the player is installed, simply refresh the page to display the music players.
What does the commercial license allow me to do?

What methods of payment are accepted?
All transactions made on the site are processed securely through Paypal, but if you don't have a paypal account you can still make a payment either by Credit Card or Debit. Once you've filled out your information on our checkout page, you will be transferred to PayPal where you can pay either with your Paypal account, credit card or debit card.
In such a case that you don't have a PayPal account, simply click on "Don't have a PayPal Account? Pay with your credit or debit card", fill in the appropriate information and PayPal will process your payment and redirect you to the download page.
Will the “Capo Productions” voice over be on the music when I purchase it?
No, the voice over will not be on any of the music you purchase, it is only used on our website to preview the music.
